Kittie can be best described as the female version of Korn, an anrgy group of women who just want to lash out. For that, I commend them. They've managed to break into a singularly male genre. But, for the most part, they fall in line with many Korn/Limp Bizkit wannabees, sounding just like an aggro version of L7.

Althought there are some interesting songs on this album, one is left feeling that this band was signed on the label as a novelty, a gimmick.

If you like the single Brackish then be forewarned: the rest of the album sounds very little like this commercially-viable song. There are some good moments on this album, but not really worth your money in the long run.
