The figures for the soon to be released summer blockbuster have finally hit the shelves, and to no suprise, they aren't the greatest thing going. As with most movies, the toys are the main marketing push, even though little time is spent to make the toys look good. (If you don't believe me, take a look at the Titan A.E. figures.)

I will say that in their defense, the X-Men figures are better than some of the lackluster garbage that has been put out for other movies, and in fact, they look better than most of the X-Men figures that are already out there. It's just that certain figures look really shoddy. The Logan figure has huge gaps in the joints and the Magneto figure looks nothing like the actor.

On the other hand, the Rogue and Storm figures actually look pretty good. Since this is to be the BIG summer deal, these figures'll sell like hotcakes, no matter how ugly they look. Oh, well...
